Why independent matters
Most damp surveys are sales visits in disguise - the person inspecting profits from the treatment recommended. We don’t carry out remedial works, sell products or take commission from anyone who does.
Our only output is the evidence: what is wrong, why, and what will actually fix it. If you are making a claims decision, a compliance decision or a spending decision, that independence is the point.
