Recent Compliance Case Study – Milton Keynes

A two-bedroom mid-terrace property was inspected following tenant reports of mould in the bathroom and around bedroom window reveals.
The Awaab’s Law compliance survey identified adequate cavity insulation but inadequate extract ventilation due to a bent flexible duct and dust blockage.
An under-sink leak was also contributing to background humidity.
After upgrading the extract system and resolving the leak, internal humidity levels stabilised, and no further mould growth was observed.
