Durndell Damp Surveys is a specialist division of Durndell Building Surveyors Ltd, an independent Chartered Building Surveying practice led by Jonathan Durndell (MRICS).

We provide evidence-based damp, mould and moisture diagnostics for social housing providers, local authorities, healthcare estates, and education clients. Every inspection is independent, MRICS-led and focused on identifying the true source of moisture before any remedial work is instructed.

Based near Milton Keynes, we operate across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire, supporting asset managers and property teams with clear, defensible reports that meet professional and compliance standards.
